All floral arrangements and bouquets are composed of perishable botanical materials. Due to the natural and perishable nature of these products, standard return policies do not apply in the same way as non-perishable goods.
We guarantee that all floral arrangements will be delivered in fresh, high-quality condition. If you receive an arrangement that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us immediately.

Custom-designed arrangements created to specific client specifications are generally non-refundable once production has begun, unless the arrangement significantly deviates from agreed-upon specifications due to our error.
If delivery issues occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, traffic, or recipient unavailability), we will work with you to arrange alternative delivery. Refunds for delivery issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
For ongoing subscription or maintenance services, cancellation policies will be outlined in your service agreement. Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing with appropriate notice as specified in your agreement.
